Abstract:
In my talk I will give a quick introduction to generic representation theory and its categorial background. Based on this I will state the Artinian Conjecture due to L. Schwartz, which is the question that is behind my PhD project. After presenting the few known partial results I want to outline my approach via computational methods. This last part will mainly consist of examples, problems and approaches to solutions.
